I knew someday soon I would need to replace 25 year old furnace and A/C. When furnace went out and was going to be several hundred $ to fix, I decided to go ahead and replace both. i never felt that “used car salesman” pressure from Frank as he explained all of my options and the cost of each. Took them 4 days to install, but with all they had to do, I don’t think that was too long. Installers were very professional and courteous, and didn’t seem to mind me watching them work occasionally. Michelle in office was very helpful with financing and rebates and keeping me informed. I recommend them highly.
